Of Lists and Rants
Oh, hay bbs.

So, I leave for Savannah in a week. A WEEK. WTF HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?

♥ Put cash in the bank!
♥ Sew Starry skirt for Odette
♥ Sew Giraffe shirt for Adee
♥ Sew shirts for Fay and Creven; Pants and vest too, maybe
♥ Repair Penelo for AWA
♥ Make Shojo Phonebook poster
♥ Finish Coloring Leah for EGL
♥ Pack up for Savannah

ALL BEFORE FRIDAY!
Haha I'm screwed. :|

So, today was my last day at work. So now I can do this! :D

Please, remember the Mall Girls are people too! We can only keep so many shoe sizes and numbers in our head at once, and we are often running both shoes and dressing room at the same time. Don't throw clothes or shoes at us. Or each other. Or call us retarded and say we have issues. Do NOT come in at 8:59 and expect us to be all sunshine and flowers. We'll be polite, but please know we have to close the registers and send the information to corporate no later than 9:30, so we can't stall and wait forever, corporate will kill us.

Making a scene isn't cute or a funny story to tell your friends. Do NOT fling clothes all over the changing rooms and then run SQUEALING LIKE BANSHEES out of the store.

Parents: I understand when your little ones need to come to shop with you. I get it, and am sympathetic. But, if you do so, please, please please please mind your children! If they tear through the store and hurt themselves, or worse, others, we're considered liable. please, please teach your kids proper shopping conduct. One does NOT hold up a shirt, and then drop it nonchalantly on the floor and walk away. Please teach them not to throw accessories across tables like toys, and most of all, teach them to be polite and courteous both to you, and to the other customers and staff around them.

Also... If you have a little one, MIND THEIR STUFF. We understand kids are messy. But if you spill an entire container of chocolate milk all over a brand new display of jeans, don't just blink at it and then continue walking through the store as if nothing happened. Any clothing damaged, we have to eat the cost ourselves. If your daughter smears chocolate all over the seat of the shoe fitting room, please tell one of us and we'd help clean it up. Also, if your baby needs a diaper change; I understand moms become used to the smell, but if it's enough people are leaving the store because it smells so rank, please, go change your baby's diaper. A bathroom is right around the corner; we'd be happy to hold your clothes and shoes so they won't run away or get put back. Please don't change the diaper right in the middle of the store.

Please, don't bring pets into the store. This includes cute little dogs in your purse. They're precious, and a lot of us love them, but there are other customers with severe allergies that just being near dogs makes them sick. This also includes BIRDS, who though I know are well-trained and having them perched on your finger is cute, having them poop on the floor and then just leaving it is NOT cute.

Also; if we ask you to stop doing something; it is not because we are meanie-faces and want to kill your fun. Honestly, it's probably company policy, and we are constantly getting shopped, so we have to follow that policy each time. Our store is not a place to take cutesy photos with goofy-looking sunglasses for your myspace. It is also not a place to dig through the panty bin with your guy friends so that you can shout and shriek inappropriate things with kids nearby. It is also not a place to play dress-up. Our clothes, even our smallest, are fitted to young adult women, and thus, anyone under 15 will simply not fit into most of our clothes.

And most of all
DO NOT PEE IN OUR DRESSING ROOMS ON TOP OF A DRESS

SERIOUSLY.
Who does that? Apparently, one of my customers did. Today. Guess who got to clean up? Ew. Seriously.

Ahaha, aside from that! Tomorrow I have a Doll Meet I'm totally unprepared for, LOL. I just got Odette three new mohair wigs from Luts; I had seen enough that I simply couldn't resist. They were all delicious colors, but unfortunately, only one of them fit. It's adorable and precious, though! I love it on her. It looks like spun cotton candy. It's of Adelais' opinion that she looks like she stuck her finger in a light socket. He got beat to a pulp.

The guys are uh, still dressed in their normal fare. Adelais has a new outfit, and Lir does (sorta. It's yet another Jeans+Shredded Shirt, but with new boots?). Poor Fay and Creven. ._. I have outfits I'll make for them before Savannah (I hope). I DID just spend a bunch on getting them shoes, though! They won't make it in time for the meet obviously, but hopefully they will before I get to Savannah. My darling big guys. I fuss and cuddle them often- they're such a nice cuddle-weight since they're so big.

Our house is still sort of a mess; the floor is done, but we need Matt to help us move the furniture back, and he's only going to have the opportunity to on Sunday. I'm hoping to get some pictures of my dolls in the huuge empty wooden room tomorrow. It's just such a neat backdrop, and this is the only time I'll be able to do it.

Arrrgh Savannah is so clooose, AWA is coming up SO FAAAST, it's crazy.
Uh. Useless entry is useless and whiny and...I dunno.

UH. ANYHOW.
*back to toning...*
XOXOXO
~Lilly
